Stone Retrieval

Sur-Catch NT - No Tip Nitinol Baskets

Olympus Sur-Catch® NT- No Tip Nitinol Baskets are uniquely designed to provide superior control and facilitate easy stone capture. The no tip design with round nitinol wires minimize tissue trauma during use in restricted spaces and a multi-sizing basket and side hole eliminates the need for multiple sizes.

Key Benefits

  • Minimal tissue trauma: The no tip design with round nitinol wires minimize tissue trauma during use in restricted spaces.
  • Multi-sizing basket: The basket and side hole size can be continuously adjusted, eliminating the need for multiple basket sizes.
  • Radial strength: Cross-paired wire construction provides radial strength for manipulation in restricted anatomy.
  • Proximal wire scoops: The scoops draw stones into the basket when the basket is dragged past.
  • Distal wire bridge: A distal bridge enables closer stone proximity for easier capture and facilitates stone release for repositioning.
  • Lubricious sheath: A slippery, reinforced sheath with a distal flex segment enables easy device passage, full scope deflection, and controlled torque response.
